Financial summary
Until April 2021, Bystronic AG was part of the Conzzeta Group which managed a diversified business portfolio. Following a strategic transformation with the focusing on Sheet Metal Processing and the sale of all its other business activities, the Group was renamed Bystronic AG following the approval of shareholders at the 2021 AGM. Thus, the historic summary until 2020 comprises the figures of Bystronic as well as the divested businesses.
